  • No*, we are an out of network (OON) provider, utilizing a fee for service model. This means that you will know exactly how much each session is going to cost before we sit down for the first time. This model allows us to get to the root cause of your pain and provide you with one-on-one care that is individualized to you and your specific needs.

    *Note, you may request a superbill for visits seen that you may then provide to your insurance company for reimbursement through your out of network benefits. We also accept FSA and HSA as payment options, in addition to all major credit cards.

  • This is dependent on your specific needs as a patient, which will be discussed in full at your initial evaluation with your provider. On average, duration of care and overall costs are lower when compared to in-network physical therapy clinics.

  • No, however the state of Ohio requires that your Physician is notified within 5 days of initiating treatment with a Physical Therapist, should you wish that they are informed of your care.

    If you do have a prescription, we would be more than happy to save it into your chart and update your referring provider throughout your duration of care.

    *Note, it is your right as a patient to choose your physical therapy provider should you receive a referral from your physician.
